A Nashville resident since 2001 and a licensed full-time affiliate broker since 2017, Heather leverages her deep local knowledge and resources to deliver exceptional service. Her unique perspective stems from hands-on experience in home construction and renovation: she has personally built two homes from the ground up, including a fully custom-designed residence crafted with a Franklin architect, where she selected every detail with precision, giving her an intimate understanding of homes from foundation to finish.

Recognized as a Top 10 Producing Agent at the Wilson Group and honored with the Greater Nashville REALTORS Award of Excellence, she consistently delivers results. Along with Christie Wilson, she co-hosted the Moving Up podcast, recording over 95 episodes, further establishing her as a trusted voice in the industry. For relocating families, her extensive knowledge of Nashville’s public and private schools, enriched by her background in education, ensures tailored guidance for informed decisions. As past president of the Bellevue Harpeth Chamber of Commerce and an advisory board member of the Bellevue YMCA, Heather actively strengthens her community through leadership and service.

Heather resides in Williamson County with her husband, James, a U.S. Army Operation Iraqi Freedom veteran, and their four adult children: one at the Air Force Academy in Colorado, one serving with the 118th Air National Guard while attending college, one a high school senior, and one a college graduate working for Thompson Machinery in Electrical Power Generation, a Caterpillar dealer. Her happy place is the Ensworth Natatorium, where she is a member of the Masters Swim Team.
