Most recently, she renovated a charming 1958 ranch-style home—solidifying ranch homes as her favorite style to date. This intimate involvement gives her a true understanding of homes from foundation to finish, allowing her to guide clients with insight into design, functionality, and long-term value.

Along with Christie Wilson, she co-hosted the Moving Up podcast, recording over 95 episodes and establishing herself as a trusted voice in the industry.

For relocating families, her extensive knowledge of Nashville’s public and private schools—enriched by her background in education—ensures tailored guidance for informed decisions. As past president of the Bellevue Harpeth Chamber of Commerce and an advisory board member of the Bellevue YMCA, Heather actively strengthens her community through leadership and service.

Heather resides in Williamson County with her husband, James, a U.S. Army Operation Iraqi Freedom combat veteran, and their four children: one at the U.S. Air Force Academy in Colorado, one serving with the 118th Air National Guard while attending Western Kentucky University, one a high school senior, and one graduate working for Thompson Machinery, a Caterpillar dealer. Her happy place is the Ensworth Natatorium, where she is a member of the Masters Swim Team.
